its not the main fuel line and is conecteed to a little tube on he upper side of the pump right? if so i should connect to the flame arrestor, as it is a fuel return in case the pump breaks and starts overflowing, instead of leaking to the bilge, it will out it in the carb.....

it also acts as a vent and if clogged the pump will not work properly, it actually will breath in and out with the diaphram on the pump

Can this line be hooked up anywhere else? Like the Carb? That's where I have mine running to.

If you have fuel in the clear line, you probably have a bad fuel pump.
