Just how bad is it? Have you considered just repairing it?

I have one off of a 1990 Brendella that is in relatively good shape. The upholstery has one small cut in it and some mildew but I think it could be cleaned up well. The cover is constructed of all fiberglass and has no plywood in it. I am just outside of Charlotte, NC and if you are interested I will get you some pictures. Hey,
Thanks everyone. After suffering the defeat of time I did have it rebuilt. The tree took out a manifold, flame arrestor, and cracked the top cap of the boat. The bolts holding the manifold were offset by 1/8 inch and the the block split at the front engine mount. Keeping my fingers crossed on that one. Just for everyones info, fiberglass work amounted to $750.00 and upholstery for the engine cover was $400.00. New manifold, bolts, gasket, etc. were $250.00. Joy!
I'm back in the water.
Thanks again from Jacksonville, FL.
