Keith, I still laugh remembering when you and Quinner got pulled over last year in Reidp mustang with the lady saying:
"you guy's gotta stop doing that".
And Quinner said doing what ???
Good times......

That and the Officer telling us to "switch off" the exhaust noise, "you know, that button you hit that makes it quiet".

I was reliving the LG quinner driving Reid's boat moment when I looked out at Green Lake and saw Quinner driving my boat with a load of fans at idle over towards the Sherriff. I am mentally counting the life jackets I sent them out with, and trying to remember when I bought the flares, and all the sudden just when I am expecting them to tie off and be boarded Chris turns the boat around and proceeds to hammer it and make a couple high speed flybys. Of course I am expecting blue lights and carnage, not the case! Turns out Chris went over to ask the Sheriff if they minded them taking a few speed runs... Genius!

Permission before forgiveness...what is the world coming to?
I saw all of the 007 buttons on CQ's fancy boat. The water balloon launcher is the most fun. His bikini extractor is at the shop?!!?

He is calling out Big Tim. But which boat will Tim bring.
And will Joe get his boat ready in time or will he bring something different ???
Reidp is getting some fine tuning from Jerry and the crew.
Mark is getting in the game with his 78..
More to come stay tuned !!!!!

Right now its looking like the 1990 "holeshot queen" will be making the trip, though I might just bring the Skier instead. Dad is bringing the running-stronger-every-weekend BFN.
Watch out Ken!

Godfather, is there gonna be a pontoon boat speed class this year, 'cause that's where you'll find me, plus last year cost me a fortune. Keith'll be doing my bidding with the 409 and I can't haul but one boat. But maybe Jerry will whip up something really loud just in time. Clock's ticking.
Tim, with the 1990 "holeshot queen" post above, I'm sure you were talking about your Nautique. Are you bringing that sleek new 1989 model you had cruising around GL, also?

Ha, both will be making the trip.
Luch, dont count on getting any video- anyone in a boat will likely be hanging on with both hands!

Reid could ask Matt to take the video he loves to be a passenger/ballast in those speed runs
I really enjoyed the speed runs late Sunday afternoon at GL with Orange Crush and Brian's throttle body injected Mopar. That thing is fast and has great holeshot. Thanks Reid for the drive, it is one of the things I will always remember about GL.
Reid has a "need for speed" that is similiar to a few of us downunder
How about our good ole boy Marcus last week at Watkins Glen. Shame it wasn't a Ford though

Well now some people are awake now...
To answer your question reidp you will be entering the "SENIOR CLASS" with that big floater. I could only get 15 to 20 mph last year out of it. And will help drive again this year.
Tim, any boat you bring is "BAD AS****".....
Luch, I hope someone will tape for you far away guy's and gal's.
Lewy, it was a great treat to have you at GL09.
I just wish we had more time to talk !! And don't you just love the "409"... That is ONE OF A KIND BOAT and owner as well. Thank you "Big Daddy Reidp" for your pride to show and GOOOOOOOO.
P.S. I think Joe is up to something

Luch, it was Brian's 1971 Ski Nautique with the 318 with a Holley ProJection(sp)system. He's had it a GL for several years and it hauls butt. We finally got to run it on the GPS this yesr with crazy Lewy at the helm and it clocked an impressive 51.5mph (but felt faster)which is strong for an otherwise stock 318. The throttle response is that of a much more powerful engine and the holeshot as Lewy mentioned is indeed strong. Brian has owned this boat nearly it's entire life also.

Tim,
I think I can still take the '90 off the line. It's a race....but not for titles.
I would like to line up against Eric's 454. The extra engine weight is like another grown person on board. I think I'll be bailing out all the extra weight in my boat on race day.
