just wondered if anyone sells replacement drop in already fitted carpet for these boats, I have an 87 2001 that needs new carpet, I did a search with no luck, or do you just buy the carpet on a roll and custom fit it to your boat, thanks I'm a newbie here and a proud new 2001 owner

There is no place to buy pre-cut carpet. The best thing to do is just search for marine carpet online. Several shops in GA have it.

Depending on how original you want it to be Indoor/outdoor carpet can be found at Overtons or home improvement stores, carpet stores, etc. Using the old carpet as a pattern after carefully removing it and cutting the new one a little generous the final trim can be done aftr the carpet is in place. On my 87 2001 I used the type that looks like corderouy and it was durable and easy to work with. Make sure you can get a width that allows a one piece install on the floor, it will look better than if you seam it. make sure you get any and all old glue residue off the floor.
The late model original is a cut pile carpet. Other options will be a loop, and that courderoy, or even fake grass dpending on the vintage of your boat.

I heard Lowes have a catalog with the diferent styles. You have to ask them because they don't even know they have that.

Lowes here in Fl stocks black outdoor carpet that looks like the original. I had to cut it to fit though, never seen a drop in replacement
