I've gotta find a strut for a 1979 BFN. Skidim only shows a strut back to 1982. Anyone know where I can get one?

Call Correct Parts. Boat Dr. will get you the right part. You might have to measure the angle to make sure you get an exact fit. If you want to figure it out yourself, here you go:
