About time they got a boat. Water up the nose during starts was brutal behind this.

Pretty impressive Kev. Is that you guys? What boat/motor? How do you start?
I am guessing the show skiing is a real hoot. I just had to retype this as I got logged out while replying, ARGH!
The boat is Tom Miller built (Fiberglass Products & Boat Repair - Fort Wayne, Indiana) 2000/2001 model year, 20' Dyna Ski. Ab Crosby Sr built the frist 18' Hydrodyne, and his son, Ab Jr. designed the 20' under Hydrodyne Boat Company. Tom Miller is Ab Sr.'s son-in-law and learned the ropes of boat building while working for Sr. He now calls his boats "The Dyne". Dyna-Ski is now a completely different company. Our triple rig has 175s on it now, 150s before that, and 225s before that. We also still own a 1980s 20' Hydrodyne hull, that was our primary boat and twin rigged. It's been decomissioned for a few years, simply don't have the need for it, 2 inboards and 1 triple suit numbers and talent level. It is easier for our Marina sponsor to sell off three small block outboards than two big blocks (200+ hp). A side benefit of that is greater pulling power. As we've discussed here before, the more props in the water the greater the acceleration. Gotta get everyone off the dock! The triple rig is propped for maximum acceleration, the engines tach out at a measely 42 mph.

For the big acts (footline, doubles, pyramids) the leaders are actually attached to big eye bolts in the transom, between the engines.
Here is our twin, with a beefy pylon arrangement. You can see the plate used to repair the original pylon when they tore it through the fiberglass kapla! 
I think this boat was clubs first twin rig, long gone now, 18' Hydrodyne

Wheelies!!! Does yours have a mural on the bottom? When I was a kid our club had the use of a 18' Hydrodyne with twin 115 Mercs, the old inline 6 cyl. models.It had those red & blue stripes just like in the pictures above. This was in the early 70's and back the I thought those were the coolest boats to ski behind. We pulled it straight out of the water and stood it on its' nose pulling a parasail with it. Tim Either you guys need more footers, or a weight loss program for your ballet line.
