The Pylon for my 82SN was lost and I had CC build a new one. The boat is new to me and I'm looking for pics or assistance in how the pylon is mounted. It looks like the new one isn't made just right.

The diameter is right but it won't drop all the way into the hull bracket. It gets hung up perhaps because the angles are not correct?

Any help would be appreciated.

There are 4 bolts that go thru the bracket that holds the pole in place. Are they still there?Maybe they need to be loosened??

You can also take a pry bar and spread the bracket out some.

Thanks for the help. I needed to spread the bracket out some to get it to drop all the way down.
