Larry that's awesome!

Our lake is not quite thick enough yet but the pond in the neighborhood has been skatable for about a week now. Snowing this AM so looks like I will be firing up the Quad this afternoon to get the rink plowed out.

Yeah John. skating at lunch time is kind of fun (although I think I sense a bit of sarcasm in your voice) however, waking up to and having to clear up this mess this morning...not so much.

Of greater concern than getting my POS 15 year old snow blower to work (compared to that thing, keeping the tique going is a piece of cake) and getting the driveway cleared before it died again, was the fact that my daughter was supposed to be leaving Denmark for Boston at 6 this morning. She's on her way tho, connecting flight left Iceland at 2:30 and she's due in in a couple hours.

Meant in only the friendliest of terms. You know me...I lived it and worked in it for my whole life.

The picture does look like a postcard.

We sure hope your daughter makes it home ok. Lots of flights canceled or delayed. What a mess the weekend before Christmas.
