Clark,
It's a truck rearview mirror mounted on it's side. If you can't find one of the exact ones used by CC, look for a new one as close as possible. The mounts can be fabricated out of 1/8" sheet aluminum.

Thats because you need a TRUCK mirror, not a truck mirror This one, http://www.uatparts.com/miva/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=uatparts&Product_Code=VEL-708001&Category_Code=VELVAC-WEST - truck mirror looks just like an original and at 20 bucks can't be beat.
Oops did not realize that these are black, the originals were stainless, when I get home tommorow,I'll take some pic's of mine. They are called Westcoast mirrors.

Clark,
I don't understand what you're asking? Just looking now for the brackets? If no one has some, you'll need to fabricate a set. That's why Gary posted the pictures. BTW, his are stainless. Later years went to aluminum. Easier to fab up with basic hand tools!

I use McMaster Carr for a lot of odd parts. Here is a link to some similar knobs:

They have many styles. Do a "knob" search.

No Pual and I have been back and forth on the email and he had the hole set up but I didn't here from him for a few weeks. Then you guys told me about the site for the mirror so I ordered on. Then Pual got back to me with an email and now I only need to mounts.

Hi I have a Mirror and bracket set out of a late 70's Master Craft.
May not be what you are looking for but is IMO a better piece than what was in the 70's Nautiques. Again not CC OEM but will work and look nice in the boat.
Getting ready to put it up on e-bay starting price $50.00

Thanks for all the help guys. I am going to fabricate that mounts and I have ordered the mirror. But I would like a little help finding the chrome Ski Nautique thing that was on the dash. Anyone know where I can find one of those?
