Does this photo of President Obama in the Oval Office convey anything to you about his attitude?
Would you speak with the Chief of Staff, Chief Economics Adviser, and Senior Advisers with your feet up on the Resolute Desk -- a gift from Queen Victoria to President Rutherford B. Hayes in 1880? We should inundate the White House with emails demanding he keep his feet off of our furniture. This is one more example of his narcissistic behavior pattern, he is an arrogant, immature & self-centered man; has no sense of true honor or respect for the people or the office. While this posture is disrespectful in any culture, it is absolutely never done in any executive setting. Further, in over half of the cultures of the world, it is recognized not only as disrespectful, but as an extreme insult. He thinks of himself as a king -- and not as a servant of the people, humbly occupying our White House for his term in office. Electing him was an enormous mistake -- and will cost us in many ways, for generations. Also, the dummy is setting in a non-OSHA approved chair (does not have the required five stabilizers). ------------- "Morfoot; He can ski. I'll have to agree with Hollywood. Not a fan of the guy in anyway, but I'm sure we could find pictures of about every president since Hayes putting his feet up on the desk.

Not starting on this, just check the posture of the rest of this group. Not a serious tone in the room (besides the furnishings). I could only hope for some more seriousness in govt. Not only when all the major networks are watching. Smoke, mirrors, and a bunch of pensions that I will be paying for, for at least 30 more years.
Wasn't govt started as a slightly compensated, but highly respected group of law, and decision makers? How do you spell trillions? The news said something about the economic turnaround coming on. For some reason all I thought about was the millions sent to UN countries, Haiti, and all of our servicemen risking their asses. All to hand out more money to failing fat cat businesses. Whatever happened to restructuring, actual restructuring? Not the hire some guys to come in and lay off 40% of the company?
