They are on the verge of winning their 23 National Championship. There is good wrestling coverage on ESPNU starting 6 PM Iowa time tonight. So if you guys get tired of reading which prop is the best check it out.

Crap I missed it! Thanks Waldo anyway.
Been out of the sport for two years now (quit coaching) and am not up on current affairs of the sport.
My son had an opportunity to wrestle at NC State but turned it down for Florida Gulf Coast University to Ski.

Missed it too. Love High School and Collegiate wrestling. If its on again get us a heads up. Just read an article on the one-legged 125 pounder. How did he do?

J Bear he got beat in the quarters by a kid from Iowa State. J Bear if you are ever in Iowa in the winter time get a hold of me. Take you to a Iowa wrestling meet. Its crazy. We average at least 7000 people for a average dual meet. If we wrestle a school like Minnesota or Oklahoma State we will have over 10,000. As the saying goes. Everybody loves to hate Iowa wrestling.

Well you are right there. If Iowa was on the way I could stop off for a day or 2. Every wrestling fan should, once in his life, get to Iowa. Is Dan Grable involved with the program at all anymore? If not, how long has he been retired and what does he do now?

Gable has been done for awhile. He couldnt stay away and even came back as a assistant to Tom Brands. He is still very CLOSE to the program. He also was at one time working in the athletic department. The program is back to where he had it. We have won three championships in a row.
