My raw water pump on my '75 Nautique has given up. The bearings in the pump are ruined. The impeller that I replaced last summer looks nice, but everything else inside the housing is shot. The shaft is chewed up a little as well. The pump is a Sherwood F75 that mounts on the front of the oil pan. I've noticed that the later model boats have a pump on either side of the front of the motor. Should I rebuild, replace, or upgrade this thing?
