We had an aqua scooter when I was a kid. It was a little gas powered machine with a snorkle that pulled you in the water up to about 3 mph. It would not submerge, only ran on the top of the water. It was a great toy! I saw in Overton's recently that SeaDoo sells a little battery powered scooter for diving. I have seen 3 models from around $300 to $150.
Has anyone used one? Do the batteries hold a charge very long? I want to get one for the kids to use at the lake. Who am I kidding, I want it for myself!  ------------- 1989 Sport Nautique |
