Does it have GT40 heads?! it's the 4.9 liter (5.0) which I believe is the 302...other than that...I know nothing about it lol
It runs like a champ yet, AWD 5.0 with 178k on it. ORIGINAL tranny...(knockin on wood)

those explorers where shipped to argentina with the v-6 engines...they sure like to drink some gas...
It would be nice to had them here with the v-8 in order to get replacemnts more easily....

Yea Kap, I can get around 18-20 on the hwy with "Jerome" aka Jim, here. He does very well pullin a boat too. Just pulled my buddy's Mastercraft a hundred miles to the lake the other day and it didn't hickup once!
Fun little truck. In the process of shopping for a newer one to replace the fiance's car as we speak.
