It is an unheated barn w/ a one year old roof. It's the same barn I keep our Atom project and Whaler in. It's dry and secure and sees no other business traffic. I'll ask $2.oo/total ft/month and donate 5% to CCF.com for every boat referred through CCF.com    For reference sake DCM is asking $5/ft & Bill's is $4.25/ft.
