whats the difference between this 2 carbs?

price of course..oval parts seems to always have a plus in their price lol...price of being better I guess

will the second fit a ford or needs mods that gets them to the OEM first carb?

Kap,
The fuel inlet, fords are in front on an angle downward. Chebbies are on the l/h side.(it's only the front/primary bowl) I think they sell a hole lot more fords so that affects the price. I bought mine from Summit(485.95)in the spring of this year. I think (I didn't know then) Jody at Fla. Inboards has the best price and he's a CCF brother!
