Hello I am new to this forum and had a big question. I have a 92 ski Nautique with a PCM GM engine. Its has a new distributor, plugs, wires, starter, ignition, the holly carborator has even been rebuilt and alot more i just dont know because im not a mechanic. When its cold the first start of the day it fires right up and rides like a bat out of hell.. but i park it for 10 minutes.. then crank it no start. it just keeps cranking and cranking and i get nothing. if I run it, turn it off, then turn it back on it will start.. can anyone help?

Welcome
first off its a pcm ford 351W engine you have there..GM was not offered for that year.
Then as for the starting issue, I suspect your carb is flooding after shut off. Remove the flame arrestor (air filter) and see after shut off if fuel is dripping..if so you need to adjust the floats to close before.
Another thing in mind is ign related..is the coil getting hot?
Start there then report.
I´m sure more experts will chime in..

I THINK IT IS A CARB FLOODING ISSUE.. I WILL TAKE IT TO MY MECHANIC AND KEEP YALL POSTED... IT JUST MAKE ME UPSET BC IT RUNS GREAT AND HAS ALOT OF POWER I JUST CANT SHUT IT OFF FOR LONGER THEN 1 MINUTE. PS. Sorry for the ALL CAPS.

Do a little bit of investigation before blindly dropping it off at the mechanic. Its easy to verify if the squirters are dripping after shut down. You can also restart if its flooded by opening the throttle butterlies (wide open throttle with the neutral pin pulled).
