Had a good time at "my" Surprise Party I planned for the wife and included my oldest daughter,Heather- and her husband-Brent- in on it for their 8th year of marriage! We had a good crowd of about 35 people. My daughter was surprised when we presented the cake that was a 1/2 sheet cake with of course Purple-N-Gold on one side with the Norseman Horn and UNC colors on the other as a joke cause they're BIG DUKE Fans! 
Had the Upton's(Kent-Perri) to show up after their yearly Bell-Ringing. And as we knew, Kent is kin to my In-Laws!! Small world huh?! But to top it off, Perri was Buddies with one of the sister's of Brent's mom! But a good time had indeed and we had a few Snow Flurries off and on throught-out the day and night.Just 20 minutes south of us they had 2 1/2 ". This same date last year we got our BIG snow storm of 8" on the 18th of Dec.
