Subject: dog house prop rod

they dog house prop rod"holder""swivel thing" broke on my 1994 nautique. i have tried the n3 boatworks, and they said that correct craft doesnt make them anymore. they send me a free rod, but i need the part the rod hooks on at the dog house. any ideas? know anyone that can fabricate one?

I guess figure out how to put one of these on it. I'm sure you can look at your broken one and figure something out. Take it to your local hardware store and let them see it and tell them how it works. Surely they can figure it out.

How many do ya want??? dont have the rod but have the "swivel thingie" and aluminum angle. also just saw the box tube part that the prop rod sets on in the box.

i made a mistake. the swivel part in near the floor not the doghouse. the alum. box that the rod set in, to prop the motor housing up is fine. i just need the swivel thingy and maybe the aluminium angle.boats in storage so i cant take a peak.just looked at the rod and near one end is threaded.from there i need everything to prop the box open. hope this makes sense to you.
