| Any plans for Super Bowl? I have a pork shoulder on the smoker. I got some Leinenkugel's Red to go along with the food. I figured that would be a decent WI beer to go along with rooting for the Pack. We have several friends coming over and adding to the spread with some snacky stuff...should be a good time with friends, food and beer. One of my coworkers is probably going to bring some type of Indian dish, which I'm looking forward to, as well. |

The remote thermostat is made by Maverick and it is a dual zone wireless unit for a smoker. It has a probe for meat temperature and one for smoker temperature. It is wireless up to 100', although it seems to favor about half that distance.
