Looking at a SNOB seat base from a 97 SNOB. Looks identical to our 96 base but hear it is a different style? Anyone know if there is actually a difference? If there is, can we make it work for our 96 SNOB?

I was planning on having ours recovered but the base was shot so I had to make a wood base http://www.correctcraftfan.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=19365&KW=seat&title=96-snob-span-classhighlightseat-span-base-rebuild - in this thread . This one is complete, ready to use so I would love to pick it up.

Also, going to pick up these 94 stern base skins as I hear they are a direct fit. Can anyone confirm?

Edit: In looking at the pictures, they look more of a grey? I was told they are Silver Cloud, is that the same as our snob?

97 brochure shows the same seat base for the OB and CB.

96 brochure looks to show an overhead shot of a walk-thru bow from the Sport Nautique?

It eventually got more square, not exactly sure when this happened though. Ask Rob Leinen

That 96 brochure seat looks nothing like your boat.

The aft seats in the 96 are different than my 95's. They have contour and mine are straight. I don't know about the driver.

that boat in your first pic and in the brochure both have the identical color scheme as mine. Christine's couldn't match the teal color for me. Local guy got really close.

Dude, Gotta love the purple and teal boats! I saw the post about them not being able to match the teal. Thats a huge bummer if we ever have to redo ours. They do have this...which would work on yours or mine. I may go ahead and pick it up since they have it. I'm guessing it's NOS.

Here is a shot of our back seat. Looks like the skins they have will work just fine.

Kind of surprising your back seat doesn't have the contour. I guess they must have switched when they went to the different motor cover. Lets see a picture of what you've got!

Looks like it has a walk thru bow, I'm guessing its from the Sport Nautique? I know CC did some funky stuff in the brochures back in the 70's (Ski Tique photo is the same for multiple years), didn't notice this one till now.
