Dont be scared. Download the file and save to desktop. When u want to enter chat, just double click the html file. This is temporary...hopefully ccfan will serve the html code. Also, you can download a chat client such as mirc or xchat and get on the server and into chatroom.

Chat can be a very effective medium for troubleshooting. I personally have used irc for computer and auto troubleshooting...there are lots of "geeks" out there that love to help.
