i need the switches on the dash that are switches and breakers bcause there are no fuse holders on the dash like on me 82 should i just convert the 86

I believe your '85 is just like the '86. There are a series of ETA push button switch/breakers. The replacements are available through the link above.

those look like plain ol breakers to me this natique has what seems to me to be both switch and circut breaker in one if you whant to turn it off you can there white w/ black tip . help .
the dash also has a red lite next to the switch
no fuse no seperate swith its all in one

Thoese look like the ones on my boat. I have an 86, but I replaced the switches with standard toggle switches. be carefull putting anything aftermarket, its a very tight fit

Scroll down on that page and you'll see exactly what you need. I just ordered 6 of them for my boat. The ETA switches are push button on/off switchs but also are breakers. They come in various amp ratings (2.5,6,10,etc.)

Backcrkr,
Be careful replacing these with regular toggle switches. The breaker/switches pop (or break) when the amps exceed the rated level. Unless you also install in-line fuses, you could have a potential fire hazard.
