Hey Guys,
I searched through old posts, but didn't see anything related to my specific problem.

I removed my windshield and then disassembled it so that I could paint the frame. Putting it back together has proven to be a real PITA. Specifically, the side traingular shaped windows. Any secrets out there? Should the gaskets go on the glass and then the glass w/ gasket loosely fitted be slid into the frame? Or should the gasket be placed into the frame and then just the glass be slid into the frame/gasket? I can get two of the three sides lined up and screwed together, but the third piece is a problem.

I could build a clamping jig and get it back together, but wondering if there's an easier way.

Steve, when I had my Procraft Fish-N-Ski 180 I had the same problem after I pulled off the side windows to tint them. I found it easier to put the seal on the glass first then the frame. If it's being a little subborn them try lubing the window/gasket with some soapy water. If you have some silicon spray ( you know like..... for lubing trailer bunks ) then you could try spraying a little bit of that to on the window gasket.
