Crazy day in history, OK City & Waco a few years prior to mention a few.
My daughter Maddie was born on this day in 99', the very next morning was the Columbine massacre which I watched unfold from the hospital, what the .......

I remember it like it was yesterday. 16 years ago, I was on vacation in Florida when I went up to the condo to get lunch. I clicked on the TV and saw what I thought was a report from some mid-east warring country. I was stunned when I saw that it was within our boundaries.
People seem to forget what happened in Oklahoma City, since the events of 9/11.
I'll never forget.

I was 15 miles from the Murray building, thought a plane had crashed outside or the solid surface plant next door had blown up.One of my friends was a first responder only because he was working 2 blocks away.Joey has never been the same, lives every moment now.I lost several friends in OKC bombing. thanks for posting.

Thanks for the reminder. Kind of wild, but I was living in South Dkota at the time...just out of college and about to get married. Now we live in a suburb of OKC.
