That thing looks nice!

Check the diaries section I'm sure you'll get some idea of how your boat will look.

A bimini adds a minimal amount of hardware and is for sun protection more than a cosmetic custom addition. Kinda like not adding fenders the sides of the boat while docking. Swim platforms on boats that should have ladders, or big gaudy towers, take away from the original look. Biminis, while not glamourous have become acceptable.

PS Nice wheels but I don't think they're original! Same with the guide pole pads.

Halston, I have a GMI Top on my boat. I was very pleased with the company, ordering process, price, time to deliver, installation, and aesthetics.

The only thing I don't like about my top is that because of the way my top frame is made/shaped and is mounted, it will not fold forward of the windshield. This isn't a huge issue for me as I use my top 99% of the time, but it would be nice to have it fold forward for the rare occasion that I did want to stow it while on the lake.

I understand your desire for originality. I agree with harddock that bimini installation is a okay by the "keep it original" crowd unless you go with some oversized unusual looking bimini.

BTW, you'll be able to get an up close look at mine at the White Lake gathering. I'm sure we'll be using it.

ill have to put up an updated picture of mine in the diaries but I have a Top and I love it. It is really helpful for the kids as they tend to get a little hot out on the lake.
