I run in both. Kinda old school, but it works. I try to use it in every tank of gas and also use it to fog prior to set-up.

How much do you put in your gas-oil and what are you expecting to gain? I've always thought of doing that.

I always have a bottle of it in my "boat box"
I add it to about every other tank of fuel, not a lot about a cup.

What this stuff actually does is a mystery to me. Maybe I can use it to clean my BBQ grill. A cup seems like a lot. Can you put it in a spray bottle?

I put it in a spray bottle so I can squirt into the plug holes in the off season.
You only a put a few ounces in a tank of gas. I add about a cup to a new oil change.
When re-building, we bathe everything in the stuff and the rotating torque goes down as compared to regular 30W.
I have the old heads on my boat and since the stuff is an upper cylinder lubricant it may help with the "no-lead" dilemma.
A little overkill...but these old boats deserve it.

The directions are on the bottle. If you use it in your crank case you are supposto use the whole quart, but you use it instead if 1 of the quarts of oil. DO NOT OVER FILL THE CRANK CASE! If you need 5 qts of oil, make it 4 of oil and 1 of MMO. Check the level frequently though b/c the MMO does evaporate out eventually and you will need to put the quart of oil back in.
