David,
The rear seat is nothing but a big block of foam on the bottom and 2" foam for the back that snaps on. Since you need the upholstery, I suggest just fabing one up as mentioned. You can look through the diaries as well as the reference section to get a idea of what they look like. Also, there's a thread someplace on the dimentions. (older than 6 months)
