So I made Kapla's Stuffed Picaña last weekend it was delicious!

Ready to go on the grill.

I don't have a wood fired grill like Kap's, so had to cook it over the natural gas fueled Weber.

Put some potatoes on there too

Yum!

Leftovers...

This was really good. Thanks for sharing Kapla, I'll be making it again soon.

Anyone else have some favorite grilling recipes? please share

No, I don't think so. But it was Ohio grown, grass feed, all natural beef! My kids even ate it up and they will hardly touch steak. I bought the "tri-tip" roasts from http://www.kirbies.com/ - Kirbies Meats . I've never been there but called them and they said they had them, so I went over on my lunch break and picked them up. I had to get them out of the freezer, because they didn't have any fresh, they told me if I call them ahead of time they can usually get them fresh.

No I use the kosher salt because it's course, not because it's kosher.

Kosher? How many of us are Jewish and stick to the rules? I'm just curious!! I'd have to guess not many of our members but I may be wrong.

BTW, I'm getting hungry!!!

Randy,I think that to honor Kap at GL you should bring some. I'll gladly chip in of course.
My Father in law spent quite some time in Argentina in the '70s,he always talked about the food.

eneded up buying a London broil locally, cut it in strips and soaked it in teriyaki marinade...one of the best to date...
you know, there is something about South American beef, its not even in the same class as american beef, i would think its not all pumped with roids and sht to make them grow quickly and even over the years you can see the difference in beef of nowadays, i can remember eating tender roasts when we were kids, cant find a good roast anymore
