Too bad it isn't closer to me....I'd own it for that price.
You shouldn't have much trouble selling it.
I looked at one on Craigslist in Madison WI, $1000.

How much does this break down? I'm interested in maybe having my buddy pick it up for me, it would have to fit into a Nissan pathfinder.

The whole top section comes off with quick release pins then the front/back side legs separate from one another. The top can be disassembled once you take it off the legs. It would fit in a car once u take it apart.

You can fold it forward or backwards, I don't have any current because I've already removed the mounts from the boat. I may be able to dig up a picture from the previous owner.whats your email?

Thats not how its done around here.
I like how theres a record of things that have come up for sale, along with asking prices, etc. Its a good reference when trying to put a value on hard to find parts. I do wish sellers would be more responsive to ads if theyre going to bother to post them though... including letting people know when items are no longer available.

You could update the thread title I suppose to keep people from clicking hoping the item(s) are still available. A record though, is nice to have.

Everything tim and Kevin said, it is nice when sellers let us know when things are gone. I dont know if I am amused or annoyed when someone digs up an ancient, as in years ago, thread about a for sale item and says "Do you still have those seats?" Not only is the ad 3 years old, but chances are it says some place above that the seats were sold in Dec 2009. We see that on repair threads sometimes too. In 2008 a guy has a thread about his boat stalling. A few posts down the problem is fixed and in 2011 someone will chime in a say, "did you check your coil?" It's nice when people actually read threads before adding to them.
