If I remove the four bolts by the pylon will it come right out? Is there anything else holding it in?

There is a bolt in the bottom of the pylon securing it to the bottom of the hull. After you remove that it should come out.

If it has never been removed, you might have some corrosion down in that cup. It took me a while to get mine to come loose. Dont use the tow ring tow twist with. It is only brass and will bend with alot of torque.
