Hah, good luck with that! Have tried using agencies over the years with absolutely no success whatsoever. Beyond telephone harassment they really seem to be totally ineffective, in fact if a debtor tells the agent not to call them, I believe they are then by law required to stop.
Back before all this debt collection regulation I used a service that used all means possible very effectively!!

Chris, That's disappointing! In my business we do the work and send the product out on credit. In the past few years all these 3rd party management companies have come into the business. I've never had a problem until I did a few jobs for this dead beat company in Denver.
