I've been looking for a center windshield section for my 1995 Sport--glass and frame--for a year now. I found a center windshield section for sale today from a 1997 Super Sport. The guy says it will fit, but before I pull the trigger, can anyone confirm this?

According to my parts book the 95 SPN/NSS took a Wabo model 1530/Correct Craft# S3109. In 1996 they changed to a Wabo-1712A/ Correct craft# S4415, then in 97 changed again to a Correct Craft S4861.
Typically when they change windshields the design of the header and lower frame are ever so different. That should not be an issue, what you want to watch is the hinge design and size.
We have a 96 and 97 here on the lot, the hinge and frame look the same. We don't have a 95 here currently.
I can tell you as far as the deck and hull design, those items are unchanged for the years your looking at. So the odds are in-favor of the part fitting.

So...the "new" center windshield part came today...too wide by two inches and the hinge doesn't line up. So either it's not actually from a 1997 Super Sport, or the center section from a 1997 Super Sport is two inches wider with a different hinge than the 1995 Sport windshield. Fortunately, the seller is being great about letting me return it. So...the search continues. Please let me know if you learn of any leads.

It looks like White Lake Marine (nautiqueparts.com) tried to help me out with my original question on this thread, but no, I did not buy the used windshield part from White Lake--I bought it from N3 Boatworks. But I have also tried finding the part through White Lake. Mike contacted Correct Craft for me directly, which advised that it no longer has the part I have been looking for. The gentleman from Correct Craft (Eric Able) actually recommended that I contact N3. I'm no expert, but honestly, the windshield that I received is so different from what I need and what N3 and White Lake both seemed to believe a 1997 part should look like, that I believe it was mistakenly mislabeled. But who knows?
