Project- 1965 Mustang, reverse rotation 351PCM 260HP. Engine has 90 orginal hours, stainless steel braided hose exhaust from manifods to transom, Engine needs nothing, runs excellent. Holly 4 barrel, electronic ingition, newer exhaust manifods, Gel coat has spider cracks thoughout, Champagne off white color. Boat needs floor replaced, currently has plywood floor screwed in, not glassed, easy to replace, floor not rotted, incorrect plywood & de-laminated in places. Stringer have some rot but engine mounts are solid, Stainless steel engine mount brackets with insulated big block Chevy mercruiser mounts. Boat has not been in water since engine replacment. 1 to 1 B/W transmission, gasket/seals replaced at time of engine replacement. Boat has orginal correct winshield, orginal correct fiberglass engine cover, all trim, lights etc...are on boat and work, bilge pump, blower work. Aluminum fuel tank was steam cleaned out during engine replacement, new fuel line from tank to fuel pump. NO INTERIOR.....road worthly trailer with good tires, will pull anywhere in country, needs lights. Non orginal front seat pedstals. Battery Box relocated to under bow, no battery but new 2//0 battery cables with solder end connections. All wiring in boat replaced with new. Teak Swim Platform. Boat nor Engine never been in salt water.

Before I put on e-bay, I wanted to give the ones that love these boats the most a chance for this project. All boat needs is floor replacement, front seats and build a rear bench and battery. Needs some TLC labor and a little money to finish, Or would be a good doner engine/trans/shaft/prop parts boat. I have had boat since 1990 last time boat was in water was 2004. Located in Tallahassee, Florida. Clear Florida Boat title. Lots of pics available. E-mail mackwrench@gmail for pics. Would like to sell as is, complete before parting out for the same reason I'm selling it, no time to fininsh.
$1500
Thanks,
Todd O'Neal

That will make someone a nice boat!

For thousands of years men have felt the irresistible urge to go to sea, and many of them died. Things got better after they invented boats.

Never underestimate the restorability of a boat. I heard that some guy picked that one up and did a fairly respectable job of bringing it back.
