Halston,
I do believe Kirk is correct. We typically don't see them at shows since they are reproductions. They have had problems - large engines in a Chris hull not designed for the power. They have been known to hook their chines and flip. I have a close friend who was out on Clear Lake (Iowa) in one when the Grand flipped. He almost lost his leg do to it being cut real bad by the engine hatch cover metal parting strip.

If they are a reproduction why are they asking 75k for this boat??? i really like the wooden boat look but for 75k thats a brand new 200 sport

"Grand Sport, Made of fine Mahogany" but the spec sheet says laminated??
