Only things I've used to remove decals was warm the boat/decals in the sun for a bit then speed up the process using a hairdryer on the hot setting. It's usually hot enough to warm up the glue but not hot enough to damage the Gelcoat. Follow up with wiping it down with alcohol to remove any residual. ------------- "Morfoot; He can ski. I just used the hairdryer method. It work like a charm. Just peeled a little up with a razor blade after heating it on the hot setting on the hairdryer. Numbers/letters that had been on since at least 1982 just peeled right off.
