Does my 97 Nautique have a fuel filter in addition to the fuel control cell? Im sure this is a dumb question.

I think some do and some don't. Do you have a GT-40 engine? Direct Drive?

Some boats have do have two fuel filters. If you do, and assuming it's a direct drive, the second filter would most likely under the removable floor panel that's behind the motorbox, and would look something like this:

Yes its a GT-40. Is there a filter in the FCC also?

The skidim one has some instructions. I guess the FCCs can be tough to unscrew. It's come up that a pair of giant channel lock pliers can make the job a lot easier.
