removed my interior today, getting ready to winterize and install new carpet, seat covers etc. I was really happy that there was no obvious rot or water problems, but next to the mufflers, where the floor goes down in a 90* angle to the muffler part of the bilge, the corners seem to have cracked and delaminated. The wood is solid underneath here, but I guess I should re-glass it? there are no soft spots in the floor, and the rest seems pretty good, sans a few stress cracks.

Fix it soon. Cracks like you describe is how water gets where it should not be. Good luck with the rest of the boat.
