Hi guys,
I have recently completely redone the interior on my
85 SN 2001 ( looks great )
I have to deal with some stress cracks and deap gouges
On the exterior now..
Also the lettering and pinstripes are dried and cracked
I also have to change the registration because the boat was registered In a different state.
I be talked with a guy about painting all the lettering on
But we all know that's not original. Any help from my CC brothers on a plan to start this project would be helpful!

Letters are also grey with red shadow.

Ive been trying to post pics but am having no luck :(

Paul,

If Scottie doesn't need your extra set, I would be interested. If he does take them, where did you buy yours?

Craig,
After seeing pictures of Scotties boat I told him they would be to dark gray to match his hull. What hull do you plan on using them on?

Craig,
These won't work for you either. When Tim made this set he used a color called "middle gray" which ended up being closer to the darker gray of our boats and I don't think they'll show up very well.

So your extra set doesn't look like what's on your boat?

Ah okay. That makes sense. I was confused because I thought the extra set was going to look exactly like the set on your boat.

Sounds like I need to get ahold of Tim D then. Can you send me some pictures of the set he made for you that are on your boat. And how hard was it to align the extra shadow decal over the main decals?

I found it better to run the thicker pinstripe first. It was easier to keep straight than the smaller one.
