I replaced the Tempo metal tank (long cruise) in my '66 Mustang this summer. This is the plastic Tempo model No. TP18SC, part No. 640061. It is 46 3/4" L 10 1/4" W and 10" H. It fits perfect. The only difference in the original is there's no flange on the ends for the hold down boards and the pick-up and vent are not exactly in the same place, but the spout where fuel pours in is in the same place. I had to buy slightly longer lines for the pick-up and vent. You need to get a hose with a formed 90 degree that is 36" long for the vent because it's tight above the tank. In the photo above, you can compare the two tanks. Both are 18 gallons.
