Anyone have any thoughts on how to remove this thing. Is it bolted or does it snap in?

Christine's has them. They sometimes only work once.

Are there any bolts in it at all?

mike have a look at this thread I doubt that it has changed that much from a 98 model.

I followed all of the threads, it sounds like a 2002 SAN may have some through bolts (at least aft if not also at the bow). PLEASE post pics when you get it loose, thanks!

Chopper mentioned last post in http://www.correctcraftfan.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=23824&KW=bow+insert&PID=300110&title=93-sport-coaming-pads#300110" rel="nofollow - Bow Insert thread that his 03 SAN had bolts under the deck near the windscreen instead of the screws. Not sure if they still used the screws at the bow but hard to see how you could get access to the rear of that part of bow cushion insert.

Like Rob mentioned please post pics of what you find.

Yes there ared screws under the dash and windshield. Then there are clips that it slides down through on the sides. I couldn't get the whole thing out but I had the aft section loose enough to replace the speakers. thanks.
