| What is a good layup for a rudder port and blocks in transom?I was going cloth/mat/cloth/biax.I have done a ton of reading and iam not clear on what is enough in these areas.thanks |

I used cloth first then 2 layers biax finished off with some quadiax, the key is to lap over by around an inch or so each layer onto the hull like the stringers, the old was around 1/8 thick shoot for that and your be good to go with epoxy, we all have our own recipe lots of ways to build up.  ------------- Lets have a go 56 Starflite 77 SN 78 SN 80 BFN |
