I was looking into replacing the water hoses that goes from the t-stat housing to the exhaust manifolds. Is there a particular reason they are wire reinforsed? I´m having a hard time on sourcing the part locally. What caught my attention is that I even went to a PCM dealer and had a complete drop in engine, the 303 prosport and the hoses in that engine are not wire reinforced... Of course they didn´t had the hose I was looking...

Seb, The only reason I can think of them being wired is for a bend radius. I don't think that's a problem though.

I agree with Pete,Seb. I have been running regular heater hose on mine for years and if you think of it in an automotive use it runs the heater and is even at a higher pressurized temperature.
