 Is the back of the seat coming apart normal or should i get some adhesive to get this glued back? I just happen to be having a bit of upholstery repair happening soon, so maybe he has some special glue for this??

Isnt that cushion attached with velcro? Looks like you need to tighten it. ------------- |
