Hey guys, I just purchased my first boat(1979 ski nautique)with the original engine. They guy i bought it from wasnt to friendly and didnt take the time to explain anything to me.I got out there and started fidling with it and found a few things.
Spark plugs are not coming out, possibly b/c there rusted oil change=I dont see a sight glass like the online manual says and shows. the bilge pump exit tube is not attached to the pump so i need to run another.
Can someone give me some advice?maybe some pictures or something, this is all new to me.. Thanks!

To bad the seller was a jerk, not your typical CC owner. What engine? I would start with a penetrating lubricant on the plugs, I always use anti-sieze compound when I replace the plugs to prevent your current problem. Beyond that I am not much help, but welcome and enjoy the new boat. More useful reply's will follow.
