Not sure how many have tried this product, but I am very impressed with Rustoleum's Hammered Finish paint. I degreased & scuffed the motor then brushed on:

Yes, used the spray on my transmission a few years back when i had it out, like it. The black looks good on the manifolds and pulleys too.

I use it as much as I can. Great product. Cool looking finish.
