Tomorrow morning we are going to attempt to install a new steering cable. Anyone have any tips or ideas on the best way to go about it? We ended the season last year with it being extremely hard to turn the wheel. Thanks in advance!

Bryan,
Just rope the old to the new and use the old to pull the new through. It's probably easiest to pull from the bow to stern.

Great Pete! That will be our plan of attack! I'm hoping it doesn't take long...haven't even had it in the water this year! Thanks again!

Just to be clear, pull the old cable out towards the stern. Feed the new cable in towards the front.
