I'm wondering if anyone knows what alternator I can use to replace the original on a 1979 Correct Craft Ford 302. I want to get one with an internal voltage regulator and if anyone has knows how i can cut the old voltage regulator out of the loop i'd appreciate it.

Order a new one from http://www.skidim.com - SkiDIM . They sell an alternator with an internal regulator it's also an upgrade from the original 35A to 50A. They also sell a conversion kit that comes with a new harness for taking the old regulator out of the circuit.
