does anyone own or did own a late model chaparral on here? i just bought a 2000 24' w cuddy anything good or bad about them? ------------- former skylark owner now a formula but I cant let this place go |

a friend of mine from the ski club has owned a 197 (?) since he bought it new in '86. Bowrider with a chevy 305 2b driven by a Volvo-Penta with a duo-prop. | Chaparrals are good boats. I would say every bit as good as a SeaRay or even Cobalt. Im not sure about the 2000 models but the newer ones are super nice...I have a buddy with a 2011 26SSI open bow. Its as nice as it gets. |
