If you find one it might be a good day to buy a lottery ticket.

221145309215 search this item number on eBay, this dude sells new ski ring and fingers for $15 shipped. It's stainless steel and hollow, I am going to fill mine with epoxy or brass before installing it. A caution however is the shaft is 1" o.d. So it won't fit on your pylon without drilling it out a little bit. I had to take my pylon out of the boat, secure it in the vice, and proceed for hours to get the remains of my old shaft out. The roll pins came out fine, the sawed off shaft not so much.

yeah, I'm not so sure this will work as is, especially if you plan on having this 13" high part sticking out of the top of the stock pylon. This style ring is used when mounting down into a bulkhead and or a transom. It looks like it needs some lateral support or it would bend after the first use..

Maybe cutting it down and then filling it might be the ticket?? Let us know how it comes out..

If the guy on Ebay actually makes them himself, maybe he would be willing to make some with the proper OD tube to fit inside a correct craft pylon.

Wayne, thats very kind of you to offer - thanks!
I think itll be best if I wait and see if the ring works, and if so I would happily make it worth your while helping me out with this

Do you have any photos of this, and have you tried pulling people out with it yet?
Thanks
